Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destination We currently ship to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates. As products are shipped from international suppliers, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience.

4. Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled via AliExpress standard logistics through DSers. Carriers may include AliExpress Standard Shipping, Cainiao, or Yanwen. Once your order enters the UK, it is typically handed over to Royal Mail for final delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–7 business days after dispatch for tracking to activate. You can track your order at:

7. VAT & Taxes All prices on Velmique include UK VAT where applicable. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

8. Customs As we ship from international suppliers, your order may pass through UK customs. In most cases this is seamless and causes no delay. However, on rare occasions HMRC may hold a parcel for inspection. We are not responsible for delays caused by UK customs processing.

💡 For orders under £135, no import duty applies under UK customs rules — most of our products fall within this threshold.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us at velmiqueltd@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and:

  • Offer a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund

10. Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to make a correction.

11. Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels from different suppliers. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
