At “VELMIQUE”, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we accept refund or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was not as described

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at velmiqueltd@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video of the item
  3. We'll review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps

⚠️ Photo/video evidence is required for all refund claims — this is needed to raise a dispute with our supplier on your behalf.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at velmiqueltd@gmail.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and supplier. Please note:

  • AliExpress standard shipping can take 15–45 business days depending on your location
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance

No Return Shipment Required

In most cases, you will not need to return the item. We will work with our supplier to issue a refund or send a replacement. This avoids costly international return shipping.

Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Delivery delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
